After experiencing disappointing service in our own home, we decided to return to our foundation in plumbing and build a company that puts customers first—doing the job right and treating every home with respect.

Melanie White-Lavender brings over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong focus on improving customer experience and simplifying everyday life. Her background ensures that every customer interaction—from the first phone call to the final walkthrough—is handled with care, clarity, and professionalism.
Her partner, Matt Lavender, is a Master Plumber with more than two decades of hands-on plumbing experience. In addition to his technical expertise, Matt has led multiple companies as a CEO, combining leadership, problem-solving, and high standards of workmanship.
Together, we recognized the growing demand for skilled, dependable plumbers and committed ourselves fully to this essential trade—bringing craftsmanship and customer care together under one name.
